MASLACK
This bespoke dwelling overlooking Sheephaven Bay, Rosapenna, Co. Donegal was designed to maximise the panoramic views available whilst integrating into its rugged landscape. Our job was to seemlessly integrate the home technology into the building and preserve the modern clean lines.
A Berker KNX system was installed to control the lighting and heating througout. Control4 integrates with the KNX
RIVERSIDE
BlackquarterAV were appointed to design, supply and install fully integrated audio visual, lighting, security and control solution to a new build property in Dromore.
Control4 was used to integrate and control the entire systems. KNX with the unique Basalte Sentido touch sensitive switches controlling the lighting and HVAC system. Rotel Multichannel amplifiers driving the Bowers and Wilkins in ceiling speakers throughout the 16 different Audio zones. Control4 4K UHD Video distribution, multiple sources available in 8 different zones; Lilin CCTV surveillance monitoring the entire property, automated gates and garage doors. Bowers and Wilkins in-wall speakers and subwoofers were also used in the dedicated home cinema, which included a Sony 4K projector and Si acoustically transparent fixed projection screen and Qmotion blinds.
HOLLYWOOD GROVE
Following a referral from the client’s interior designer we were appointed to design, supply and install fully integrated audio visual, lighting, security and control solution to an existing property.
The property was completely rewired to allow for KNX lighting control with the Basalte Sentido touch sensitive switches controlling the lighting. Gira Esprit power sockets, USB, Speaker connections where matched with the Basalet switches completing the attention to detail. New AV multicore cables run to each room. Control4 was used to integrate and control the entire systems. Rotel Multichannel amplifiers driving the Bowers and Wilkins in ceiling speakers throughout Control4 4K UHD Video distribution, multiple 4K sources available in 8 different zones; Lilin CCTV surveillance monitoring the entire property and automated gates. Custom finished Artcoustic speakers and subwoofer along with Arcam AV processor and amplifiers complete the Dolby Atmos setup. An Si in ceiling acoustically transparent projection screen, Future Automation in ceiling projector and in ceiling TV mount complete the hide the tech thinking
CARNREAGH
This luxury country house in Hillsborough is a classic beauty. Real attention to detail required. BlackquarterAV worked closely with the Client, Architect and Contractor to deliver a fully integrated smart home. KNX lighting control throughout property both internally and externally. Rotel and ARCAM amplifiers and Receivers complimented with Bowers and Wilkins and Artcoustic subwoofers and Receivers. Full control of the wired and wireless window treatments throughout. IPCCTV and Intruder alarm. The entire system monitored and controlled by Control4, touch screens, remotes and room controllers throughout.
